““Mike Heneghan is perhaps the most sardonic writer I’ve had the pleasure to work with. His writing is like the Trojan horse. Pretty and well crafted on the outside. Packed with murder and death in the middle. If I were as great a writer as he I’d have a better analogy.” ”
““Mike is the kind of person I like to fantasize every artist I admire is: imaginative and daring in his ideas and yet clear in his articulation of them, confident in his talent and vision and yet just as interested in yours, sincere and committed to his craft and yet amenable to fun. He’s ready to get as bleak and as disturbing as any both in his art and in his conversation...but he is also a tremendously caring and positive person who can help you see and nurture those latter qualities in yourself and others. It’s quite a thing.””
